Don't you think that would just lead to a lot of rejections? Assuming your resume is of a lower standard than your LinkedIn profile.
Of course you should just have both polished, but I think having your resume polished increases your chances of actually getting the job, even if the chances you get are less than if you had a polished LinkedIn profile that attracted a lot of attention for which you get rejected. What do you think?
